Indian Navy has released the notification of Apprentice for candidates who have completed training from ITI. This Apprenticeship form cannot be filled by a candidate whose training is still going on or who has completed an apprenticeship somewhere else. This form has to be filled out both online and offline procedure. The complete method of filling out the form is given in the PDF file. Take a printout of the completed form along with a ‘check off list‘, and Will have to be sent by Post to the address “The Officer-in-Charge (for Apprenticeship), Naval Dockyard Apprentices School, VM Naval Base S.O., P.O., Visakhapatnam – 530 014, Andhra Pradesh.“
